Delivery within Israel – Covid 19 free – 3-7 business days

A refund will be given for a product purchased at full price and returned within 3 business days of receiving the product.
For products purchased at a special price / end of season, there is no refund.
For seasonal products there is no refund.

Exchange / credit will be possible for a product purchased at full price and will be returned in its original packaging up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

All of the above does not apply to custom-made products or any modification to the product. (Name engraving or any other addition).
